The time required to charge a 100% battery is approximately 3-10 hours under ideal conditions. Charging time may vary depending on the type of battery and charger used and the input current.

The total load which Elise 900 can manipulate with depends on the battery configuration. In case of the 400Ah battery, the maximum load is 1400kg, while with the 240Ah battery, the maximum load is 900kg. Both configurations can lift the load up to the height of 3637mm.

You don't have to worry about losing the mobile phone you've been using for operating the machine. Elise 900 can be controlled remotely from any Android or iOS phone with the KOVACO app. All you need to do is download it via GooglePlay or AppStore, and log in with your KOVACO account. If you don't have any access to a mobile phone, the machine can be operated in a limited extend from the cab.

Periodic service will be performed by a service technician every 500 operating hours. This includes a complete check of bolt and screw tightness, transmission oil change, hydraulic filter replacement. and other maintenence. The complete list of steps can be found in the user manual.

Hydraulic oil should be changed every 1500 operating hours. The transmisson oil should be changed after the first 50 operating hours, and then every 500 operating hours.

A general examination should be performed ever 10 operating hours, where you should examine the greasing of the pins, the visual condition of the machine and the level of electroylte in the accumulator. The complete list of steps can be found in the user manual.

The machine can be ordered with different types and capacities of lead acid and lithium batteries. The lead acid battery has the advantage of simplicity and affordability. In contrast, the lithium battery offers maintenance-free operation.

Elise 900 is designed so it can function with wheel as well as tracks. A rubber or steel track can be attached to the wheels using a spacer at the hub. The spacers then need to be removed when taking off the tracks.

For HOPPECKE batteries we supply dedicated HOPPECKE external chargers according to the battery capacity. For SILAD batteries we offer external chargers STAR, ENERPULSE or ZIVAN according to the capacity and type of battery and also according to the required connectivity.

Yes, Elise 900 can be equipped with A/C as an option. It comes standard with an ambient air fan as well as heater.

It's designed up to 500 Nm of torque, however it is only required for 150Nm. One of our customers has a machine which has already been performing for over 4000 operating hours, and it didn't require any belt-related maintenance. However, spare drive belts are in stock if needed.
